Most recently I leverage the Google Analytics Java API to retrieve Web Site analytical data for better tracking and understanding customer usage of the site. This solution leveraged Google Java API and Ubuntu Linux VM hosted in Azure to a CRON task that nightly processes. These processes retrieve data from Google and ETL into an Azure SQL Database for reporting and analysis.I also design and develop custom solutions for customers involving secure document printing including payroll, accounts payable, and cashier checks. Custom solutions can be as simple as importing files, processing the data, and printing checks to complete integration via API interface into the customer’s accounting/teller systems. Design and developed the Entity Framework Code-First database for Troy Track and Trace (TnT). TnT is an Azure Cloud Service application that allows clients to build customer-facing product portal for products and services they offer. TnT is an ASP.NET MVC 5 application that uses Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Worker Roles, and MS SQL 2012 technologies. Lead developer on the Troy Secure Output Manager (TSOM). TSOM is a windows service that receives input data from different sources (files, web service endpoint, database) and merges data with report layouts to process and print/write documents to configured destinations. Lead developer on Troy Secure CheckFlow Enterprise(TSCE). TSCE is an ASP.NET application developed in IronSpeed and VS 2010 that allows customers to import data from a wide variety of sources and print secure documents with workflow and security considerations. Design and develop firmware solutions extending functionality and adding additional security features to our line of TROY Secure printers. This including developing C++ code to be compiled and run on ARM based Windows CE OS embedded in HP Enterprise Printers.

Project: Matrix Chemical CRM RewriteWork with SQL Server 2008/2012 to build new database backend for the CRM system for Matrix Chemicals in Columbia, SC. Tasks include database schema design and performance tuning along with stored procedures and triggers creation. Also developed backup and recovery strategy for their SQL Server databases. Also, converted legacy pascal program to compile/run in Delphi XE2 and help troubleshoot dbExpress database code.Project: DGWSDesigned and developed a java client application for RadData to consume and process data. The service downloads daily chemical catalog information including pricing, quantity, and availability for import into their CRM. This allows daily competitive price comparison.

Instruct courses for the Computer Technology Curriculum. Courses I have instructed include Visual Basic 2008 Programming, Oracle PL/SQL Programming, Intro to C++, Intro to Data Communications, Advance Excel and Operating Systems Fundamentals. I am currently developing a course in Introduction to Healthcare System Informatics. Developed and taught an Introduction to Oracle 10g PL/SQL course for NETC’s department of Continuing Education and ReadySC.

Project: OnDemand OnDemand is a hosting solution for clients. I designed and developed a MS SQL Database to store client user, configuration and usage information along with web service API for reporting and monitoring of the system. Design and developed a Click-Once deployment solution for client-side installs of the OnDemand client. I also developed the equivalent application for MAC OS X using Objective-C and X-Code.Project: HeadMaster /HeadMaster Online HeadMaster School Management System written in Delphi that manages the day to day business of private schools. It includes billing, attendance, student permanent records, teacher grade books, lesson plans, classes, scheduling, employee background checks, and a customizable reporting system.HeadMaster Online is an ASP.NET web application that works with HeadMaster School Management System. I maintained and enhanced the web portal – allowing client’s faculty to publish grades, assignments and lesson plans for parents and students to review. Project: AccessACS Online Giving AccessACS is an ASP.NET web application that allows our clients (Charitable Organizations) to manage and interact with their members and guests. This project expanded current Online Giving system to allow schedule giving – not just one-time gifts. Interfacing with ServiceU Web services API, I added functionality to automate contributions payments in a nightly service. AccessACS is written on ASP.NET and been upgraded to IIS7, .Net 3.5, and Windows 2008 x64, and SQL Server 2008 x64 edition.

Project: Service Request System Primary developer of Java based web applications for the Plant and Engineering systems. Also, designed and developed J2EE applications and API framework for in-house systems. Remedy Help Desk ticketing system was also integrated into solution allowing a single interface for repair to manage all service requests. Project: Database Optimization Optimizing SQL stored procedures on Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle database systems to improve performance of in-house applications. Designed and developed de-normalization strategies for production data to a data mart reporting server to improve performance of Business Objects Reporting system. By removing reporting off primary production databases to a separate warehouse, we achieved significant performance improvement. Project: Business Objects Reporting I did the analysis, design, and implementation of the Business Objects Reporting System. Designed Business Objects universes for internal databases to gain web based reporting capabilities. Installed and configured web intelligence server and document repository. Designed and developed Power Builder applications to be used in-house for supporting the day to day business of the Telephone Company on Sybase 11x, Oracle 7.4 and Oracle 8I RDBMS. Maintained legacy applications on OpenVMS platform written in PL/I, COBOL and C/C++.
