With twenty three years of airline experience, seven of which was a customer service agent, I have had the pleasure of working through all sectors of an airline operation. In 2008, I moved into the airline Flight Operations sector, where I have worked up to the Flight Operations Duty Manger. Here my responsibility were to overseeing the safety and daily operations of the airline (Fleet: B737-300,400,800) and directly managing a team of seventeen highly trained staff.Over the twenty years, I have developed great Analytical and Schedule Recovery skills, whilst focusing on safety, cost efficiency, detailed communication and bring my team together as one working unit.I am proud to say that apart from my Duty Manager role, Comair's Executive Operations Manager had put his trust in me and I filled the role of Acting Head of Operations.... What an amazing experience and journey this is. With the closure of Comair on the 09th June 2022, I have been fortunate to join Star Air Cargo as a senior operations controller as of February to September 2023. Fleet: B737-300 freighter and passenger.I was fortunate enough to receive a call from Global and was offered a permanent position as an OCC supervisor. Started October 2023. Fleet: A320. From the end of April 2024, I had the opportunity to join TexelAir in Bahrain as a flight Dispatcher.
