Mike VanGilder, DPT, FAFSMike has played an active role in opening and developing five different private physical therapy practices in San Diego County over the past 22 years. The idea of a more comprehensive, holistic clinic came to Mike as, in his attempts to “slow down Father Time,” he realized that staying young at heart was no longer just about working out hard and consistently. The adage of “you can’t outrun a bad diet” has hit home. He is excited that G3 is his first practice that, in addition to offering the county’s best functional physical therapy services also focuses on patients’ overall health and well-being.Mike is an expert physical therapist and received his DPT from the University of Southern California.
