I lead our Airbus FHS Inventory management team. We are responsible for building and deploying an aircraft spares strategy for an inventory worth 3 digit M$, in 6 warehouses across the world, to help maintaining 600+ aircrafts so that our customers can offer a safe and on time passenger experience.We are constantly questioning the state of the art to remain at the forefront of the industry through digital transformation with our partners, eg.
