I serve organizations and churches in our association by facilitating collaborative action and mission effectiveness.

I served as an advisor for a private family foundation. In this role I sought out new domestic and global projects for potential funding. I conducted research, evaluated projects, and present screened projects to the board for funding. I also conducted ongoing followup and relationship building with organizations and individuals that the foundation chose to fund. We worked with over 30 different organizations across the United States and the world that focused on both redemptive and restorative engagement in ministry.

At OneWay Ministries I oversee the strategy and development of our domestic and international partnerships and church planting strategies. I also provide guidance to our operations team by overseeing the areas of finance, facility, and human resources.

As the Global Advancement Officer for Pioneers my role was to connect high capacity individuals across the Unites States to projects that fuel the work of our organization around the world. This role was focused on creating relationships, networking and building lasting partners for Pioneers. Knowledge of global projects and the status of international affairs was paramount for briefings of donors and key partners.
