► Oversee and manage shore-based administrative procedures for a drill ship with 200 crew members, including crew training, procurement, rig relocations, and internal security services► Provide logistical support to ensure a successful 4-year drilling campaign spanning two operating areas ► Gather operating, maintenance, inventory, and financial data to produce periodic/special reports, manuals, and correspondence, including a billing process that incorporates requirements from the US and Israel entities► Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve shortages/missed deliveries, including arrangement of shipments across several countries to meet a ship in transit and on arrival in new location► Manage all purchasing and inventory forecasting documentation, including budget preparation/reconciliation, vendor invoice coding, accruals log maintenance, and requisition/invoicing preparation ► Interpret and administrator drilling contracts and third-party service agreements, successfully negotiating more favorable labor rates for third-party crew members

Geoje-Si South Korea

► Planned, organized, and managed drill ship operations and procurement activities for a vessel with 50 crew members while directing and training a team of four material coordinators and might material coordinators ► Completed inventory allocation activities, including ordering materials for a new ship while arranging for new crews to enter South Korea and become acclimated to the new workplace
