Program Management Office staff member in primary support of the Directorate of Finance / Business manager on a Regional Aviation Sustainment Maintenance (RASM) East contract. The focus was generating expenditure reports while maintaining Access databases that integrated information from various sources including SAP, worksite task status forms, and sub-contractor payroll systems labor data. My responsibilities included updating contract data in both SAP and the Access databases. The tasks included establishing and linking Work breakdown structures, associated network codes, and job function (Activity)codes used in both billing and pay. Adjusting structure / writing queries in the Access system while updating and pulling data from SAP. The reports I was responsible for generating were in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint formats and provided at a wide variety of recurrence. The design of the daily reports included breakouts sections (of RESET individual Aircraft, Sub-CLIN, MWO..) Cost & Schedule Performance Indexes, Projected Funds Needed, Estimated Funds Zero Bal date calculations as well as flags identifying projected dates for submitting requests of addition funding or extending the period of performance end dates.

PMO Staff SWA Finance (payroll-per diem) POC/manager on a L-3 contract in South West Asia. In addition to the many payroll and per diem processing, T&A auditing, and upload to SAP tasks, I was involved with tracking data and files of HR personnel history, Safety certifications and Training reporting requirements. Another task area was setting up required in-processing packets for all departments and presenting the new-hire orientation for many of them. After mastering performance of the clerical duties, I assisted in adapting an Access database with front ends specific to each department and trained data entry personnel on how to enter their data. Adjusting or creating appropriate field forms and getting them approved for use was part of this process. I maintained and updated the database and import/export forms as needed once the systems were established.
