Designed and executed construction of a new high-end architectural hardware, kitchen and decorative plumbing showroom for a well established premium design center. Handled the design, conception, coordination and construction of remodeling projects including drafting plans, specification of materials, hiring contractors and billing. Developed trade sales to Designers, Architects and Builders. Created marketing strategies for the new facet of the design center as well as purchasing of products and materials.Achievements include opening up a new source of revenue for the company through the creation of the new showroom. Handled the day-to-day operations of a high-end decorative plumbing and hardware showroom. Drafted custom floor plans and elevations of clients' bathrooms and kitchens per my field measure and design.Supervised fabrication and installation of all products while working closely with General Contractors. Preformed "take-offs" for decorative door and cabinet hardware projects, both via blueprints and in the field. Designed and installed showroom displays Handled purchasing and sketching of all custom products ordered including, vanities, kitchen cabinets, shower enclosures, countertops and misc. furnishings.
