I am a kind and passionate Graphic Design student at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. My experience in customer service and problem-solving comes from working as a Technician at Landry's Bicycles. My goal is always to provide the most effective and enjoyable environment and give customers the best experience possible. What sets me apart is my love for nature and outdoor activities. From biking and hiking to camping and backpacking, I love spending time outside. I also enjoy running, playing soccer with friends, and occasionally playing disc golf. I have experience being a captain of indoor track, outdoor track, and cross country in my senior year of high school. I live by the Golden Rule, “Treat others as you would like them to treat you.” I believe in showing respect to people from the very first meeting, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere. Something I like to do with customers is use my own experience to give them advice. This assures them that I have firsthand experience with what I’m talking about and that I truly understand their needs.With my skills, experiences, and interests, I am confident that I can make a positive contribution to any team or organization.

  I started out prepping bikes for sale when they came off the truck; then, I moved up to evaluating bikes that customers bring in, giving them a work estimate, and fixing quick issues on the spot. When I work there, I also participate in sales, helping customers find what they are looking for and giving them the best experience possible, ensuring they want to return for a good customer experience.
