  Michael A. Vasil is a Principal Partner and Co-Founder of Comprehensive Benefit Consultants with over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. He has served in key positions for Insurance Companies, Managed Care Organizations and National Benefit Administrators. Mr. Vasil is a former Director of eight years with Harrington Benefit Services (A Fiserv Company), one of the countries largest third-party administrators, which served over 1,200 employer groups consisting of 1.2 million employee lives and processing nearly $2 billion in benefit claims annually. He was responsible for negotiating over $5 million in benefit administration services and $4 million in stop-loss contracts for clients.Prior to Harrington Benefit Services, He held a Marketing Manager position for the Benefits Administrative Division of Aon. This division was responsible for the administration of private and corporate self funded health plans which were marketed through the brokerage and consultant communities. Mr. Vasil was responsible for developing marketing plans which incorporated an array of utilization review, audit programs, case management, data services and specialty reviews to corporate businesses, state and local municipalities and health and welfare funds.
