I am proud to serve as the Chief Data Officer for Brown & Brown Insurance—an innovative industry leader with a history of proven success. In this role, I partner with business leaders, analytics leaders, data scientists, data analysts, data engineers and technology teammates across our four business segments—Retail, National Programs, Wholesale Brokerage and Services – and the enterprise team to create a data-driven and innovation-focused culture that effectively uses data in decision-making and product development.I bring over 30 years of professional experience in technology and data roles across a variety of industries, including Textile Manufacturing, PC Manufacturing, Aerospace, Consulting, Retirement Services, Banking and Insurance. I am passionate about partnering and collaborating with others to provide solutions that address real business problems/opportunities in a meaningful and scalable way.I am committed to teammate development and team building; focused on fostering an environment that supports and enables personal and professional growth for teammates and providing opportunities for teams to grow stronger through work and play. I treasure the relationships and friendships that I have developed with teammates throughout my career and the many ways in which I have been blessed as a result.Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling, repairing and driving classic cars, playing golf, fishing, and watching college sports and Premier League soccer.
