Weekly responsibilities included planning and writing employee schedules, ad review and planning, sales meetings, forecasts and relevant reports, all aspects of holiday and seasonal inventory planning and implementation, and promotional planning and implementation, Additionally, I was responsible for selecting potential prospects from a pool of applications, conducting prospective employee interviews and hiring, retention, performance and accountability, as well as disciplinary action and termination.
