As a Design & Digital Media Associate at Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), I help facilliatate the creation of all forms of Communication content for digital and print platforms including newsletters, flyers, posters, and banners. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from Canadian Mennonite University, I have a keen interest and knowledge of historical and cultural issues, especially related to my local Winnipeg context. I have over four years of community program experience, working as a Youth Program Facilitator at Winnipeg Art Gallery, where I developed and delivered educational and artistic programs for diverse audiences. I also delivered education programs to various school groups in the museum/heritage sector, working as the Senior Public Programs officer at St. James-Assiniboia Museum. My core competencies include social media content creation, content strategy, graphic design, video editing, and communication skills. I am passionate about using my creative and digital skills to promote social justice, cultural awareness, and community engagement.
