Mr. Venter has 30 years of experience in company, team, and program/project management including sales, project implementation and operations and maintenance teams. My career has touched on planning, engineering, and construction with a role in Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Program Management, and Construction Management of major projects nationwide. I have worked with every project delivery method for multi-disciplinary projects including extensive experience with design-build (DB) and design build operate maintain (DBOM) and Public Private Partnerships (P3) procurement methodology.For most of my career I have been in the transportation industry specifically aviation, railroads and transit systems, with responsibilities including planning, procurement, program management, design, installation, systems integration, implementation (construction management), and testing/commissioning. I have extensive experience working with and managing consultants and contractors on large, high-visibility projects requiring interaction with local and national political figures. Many of these large, high-profile projects have included interfacing and integrating with work activities on other concurrent projects and contracts.
