About Michael Verdin

Improving processes, leading change, and educating others are my passions. I have been fortunate during my career as consultant, industry practitioner, change leader, and educator to have led and delivered success stories on three continents and in numerous cultures. I have found many similarities and differences, but I love the challenge of dealing with varied industries from hi-tech, manufacturing, and aerospace and defense to supply chain, administrative, service, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and many in-between. My aim is to improve organization processes and performance while improving team capability, metrics, and culture. Applying concepts of Lean, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma, Supply Chain, Financial Analysis, and Change Management has been a constant and rewarding theme. I have held management and leadership positions in industry and consulting firms such as Honeywell, Aveus, Supurna, Seagate Technology, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Tefen USA, and Lazydays RV. My education includes an MBA in Operations Management from the University of Arizona and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
