Joined a team of talented and visionary innovators, with intent to grow the service department and design value offerings that align with the corporate mission: "To be a leading innovator in transforming industry."Collaborating with the sale department, I quadrupled my department's previous year's numbers in the first six months of 2021, just in time for House of Design to join the team at THOMAS H. LEE PARTNERS. Together they are revolutionizing the technology in the building components industry with robotics and automation.After the acquisition my small team built from scratch a web-based customer portal, spare parts program, built and managed customer facing documentation for this first-of-its-kind dynamic modular construction automation program.

Joined a 10-year established IT business's sole proprietor with intent to help move his business from garage/mobile to brick-and-mortar. I spent 9 years building the business as if it were my own. By the end of my time with Benconnected the recurring, automatically-renewing contracts I personally curated were nearly equal to the total revenue in my first year, and annual gross revenue had more than tripled.As the business grew, I functioned as General Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Hiring Manager, On-Site Technician, Business Consultant, and whatever other role was needed. During my tenure, we moved from the lone original technician, to six trained technicians. We paid off all business debt, purchased four business vehicles and outfitted the vehicles with tools. In the year before my exit we purchased, remodeled, and moved into a commercial building.Over the years the business successfully added offerings in both Structured Cabling, and Cloud Solutions and Hosting, while maintaining and improving existing offerings and expanding into multiple computer hardware lines.
