Insured that the requested Original/Amended Returns were needed and not produced by the system. Authorized the request was needed with the client along with any charges before submitting the request for the original/amended returns. This included checking the DOS system and Workforce Now for posting of original or amended returns. Contacted the agency with any required Reporting Agent Authorization and Power of Attorney to check if they received a transmission of the requested return or what was received. Thorough auditing of wage reports and transmitted returns were needed to insure proper reporting. Contacting agencies to minimize any penalties and interest as needed for customer satisfaction and for both ADP and client liability.
