As a dynamic and experienced senior leader, I bring a holistic approach to education, developed through many years working in special schools, across the spectrum of possible special educational needs, and through additional roles such as Educational Visits Coordinator, Exams Officer, Careers Leader, and Designated Teacher. Currently leading a trauma-informed school, I am driven by a vision to reimagine SEN education and ensure meaningful support for the hardest-to-reach, disadvantaged pupils.My leadership approach is adaptive to the changing landscape of education while being firmly rooted in core values of self-reflection, challenge, teamwork, resilience, empathy, and wellbeing. I am skilled in shaping school values, translating policy into actionable strategies, and delivering impactful training to whole school staff.Professional Growth:I am a firm believer that we never stop learning, and continuous professional development is fundamental to being an effective practitioner.
