Testing using DevOps and some Swagger/Postman

Using JIRA and XRay testing tool, performing manual functional and SIT product testing of Utilities management software. Managing the team of 5 testers when Product Test Manager is unavailable.

Providing daily and weekly reports on test progression and liaising with Senior Management in discussing test focus and coverage. Providing meter support to other test teams in terms of setting up meter configurations

Manual functional, integration and regression testing of SmartMeters to MMS using PolicyNet and MeterComm applications, using Quality Center for requirements, test cases and defects. Waterfall testing methodology used. Creating Test Cases from Requirements. Auditing testing performed by rest of team on a release by release basis. Also involved in improving the recording of test results in other test teams within the project.

Created/performed tests, Defect Management, Manual, regression, integration, functional testing using Quality Center for test cases and defects. Created testing procedures and processes for use by the Business Systems department. Managed test staff and contractors. Managed User Acceptance Testing. Tested Sharepoint, eLearning courses, SDE, HR21, Cognos reports, business forms and applications built with Infopath, K2 and .Net. Used V-Model and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
