My role with AltaGas:- Coordinate monthly volume forecasts for the AltaGas Northeast BC assets, which are submitted to management monthly. The monthly volume analysis is critical for managing rail car logistics and submitting liquids' nominations for marketing- Produce operating cost analysis for AltaGas' facilities, which compares expected operating costs owed versus billed operating costs. In 2020, I was responsible for recouping $6 million in additional operating costs, significantly reducing the year-end adjustment with our customers- Manage $100 million annual budget/outlook for the Northeast BC asset area. This involves submitting volume/revenue forecasts and building comprehensive Power BI Dashboards to interpret variances between budget and outlook- Created Business Unit mapping for the Northeast BC area to ensure revenue and operating costs were allocated appropriately. Due to the complexity and growing number of customers/assets, this improved customer communication and internal efficiency with monthly invoicing- Conduct research and analysis on producer drilling programs and competitor facilities, contributing to the execution of a multi-year deal which added $3 million in annual revenue

My role with Forest City Pool & Patio- Led service crews in customer pool openings, which emphasized an ability to delegate team members to different tasks. During the high demand season of April and may, my team was able to complete ~10 pool openings daily- Communicated with customers regarding proper pool handling and maintenance, which resulted in more customers being added to the weekly maintenance customer list- Assisted the construction team during the pool construction months. This included learning and becoming competent at a variety of skills such as forming concrete, assembling pool kits, and hanging liners
