Provide Support to end-users of new and existing technologies.Troubleshoot issues with computer systems, including hardware and software, email, network, portable computing devices and peripheral equipment problems, smart phones and PDAs.Troubleshoot and solve connectivity issues with the network ranging from PC to cable issues to ports on the network switches.PC rollout of new desktops and laptops, including peripherals such as monitors, printers, and scanners in a windows or Mac environment.Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software; modify specific application configurations based upon client’s request.Contact vendors to replace defective equipment or component parts where appropriate. Act as liaison with outside software and hardware vendors in resolving software and hardware support issues.Troubleshoot remote connectivity issues for remote employees via phone or remote control on internet, WAN and LAN.Diagnose and remove Virus, Spyware, and Malware infected PC’s ranging from simple infections up to complete system reinstallations.Assist clients with general usage questions on standard business and administrative software, including word processing, spreadsheets and database management; provide instruction, written documentation and/or recommended training where appropriate.Manage Avaya IP phone systems.Manage printers for all facilities using Page Scope server solutions.Onboarding and training all new staffWeb Site creation and management
