• Receive engineering or generic specifications and source competitive bids from qualified suppliers that meets the specification, quality, budgetary and schedule requirements.• Negotiate and place Purchase Orders, ensuring schedule reporting and delivery promises are maintained by vendors with information communicated to the project/product and account management team and any other stakeholders.• Adhere to the Business Principles & Ethics and code of business conduct of being reliable, trustworthy and fair.• Avoid conflicts of commercial interest, ensuring accuracy of information, maintaining confidentialities and by abstaining from all forms of corruption.• To expedite orders in accordance with Purchase Order requirements.• Assist end user departments with price bid enquiries for obtaining goods/services quotes from suppliers.• Responsible for continually working with “key” suppliers to ensure clear scope definition and cost reduction programs.• Regular management and control of costs with the respective suppliers.• Where applicable, co-ordination of end user department rental requirements with suppliers for operational support activity, and where applicable communicating delivery status to the originators.• Assist the Accounts Department with invoice enquiries requiring clarification/approval.• Aligned to strategy implement and maintain standards for procurement and assist with inventory/stock control procedures.• Assist supply chain team with supplier business review meetings and assist with supplier assessment in conjunction with supplier approval process.• Attend department meetings relevant to area of responsibility to facilitate optimum integration between supply chain function, inventory control and operations.

Maintenance of CNC VNC machines, Record of power consumption – Monthly & Half Yearly Report against Each Month Machine Shop Turnover.MTBF & MTTR – Monthly & Half Yearly ReportMaintenance of internal Plant Wiring, Air-compressor maintenance, Effective control measures of maximum utilization of limited resources, Fault finding of Earth Trips.Immediate Fault finding & preventive actions for CNC & VMC Machines thus reduce Monthly MTTR & possible increase in MTBF for overall performance of the Plant.Major Mechanical Maintenance includes replacement of X, Y & Z Axis Bed Bearing for Reducing deviations of the machined parts .Turret Maintenance, & Spindle Run-Out Check.Because of High Priority Jobs & Tight Shift Production Schedule, there is always a Responsibility of all-time responsiveness for fault recovery of machines.Responsible for all electrical maintenance of the entire shop and update management of all further maintenance plans for critical machines to avoid Break-Down , Maintain Daily maintenance check list for all the operating machines in the Plant.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) PLC using in relay logics and ladder (LD), Functional block diagram (FBD). PLC Programming in timer, counter configuration and instruction set. PLC programming in PID mode and PLC using analog IO’s memory bit IOS addressing.  PLC interfacing in MMI and SCADA.  SCADA working in Tag Group and Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) SCADA working in real time and Historical Trend. SCADA input and output driver configuration and interfacing with PLC.
