Responsible for forecasting call volumes and staffing needs in a busy General Insurance call centre, this included being part of the project that created the call centre and overseeing the introduction of call centre systems and processes.

Assisted and ran a successful branch within an insurance brokerage, dealing mainly in personal lines insurance (Home and Motor) responsible for providing quotations, setting up insurance policies and helping customers with their claims. Branch responsibilities, included recruitment, training and banking of daily takings.
