A 12 week immersive course covering the fundamentals of Software Engineering. A large focus of the course was on JavaScript, React, HTML and CSS and through the course I learned to build full-stack applications. The course involved solo and group projects. Four projects were created for the course, as detailed in the 'Project' section below. Please also refer to my GitHub for further details.

- Managed a team of 14 Account Managers across 2 locations.- Responsible for the training and coaching of new and existing Account Managers.- Point of contact for client and Account Manager escalations.- Generated and presented reports and presentations for management meetings.

- Acted as the day to day contact for clients.- Developed, managed and enhanced new and existing client relationships to ensure client retention.- Maintained client documentation.- Led frequent Client meetings.- Generated reports and presentations.- Liaised between Service Delivery teams and Clients to ensure quality and timely service.- Provided technical support for Client and Candidates.

- Performed in-depth background research on behalf of clients and made decisions regarding executive level hires.- Managed full-cycle investigations and several reporting phases, including: diagnosis, data entry, research, analysis of results and summarisation of findings.- Achieved individual accuracy and productivity goals in a high volume atmosphere.- Frequent customer and client contact requiring tact and courtesy in complex situations.- Dealt with sensitive personal information and conforming to Data Protection rules and regulations.

- Successfully completed my training at the busiest Lidl store in London.- Chosen to improve a struggling store, which was at the bottom of its group of stores in terms of performance. - Consistently met KPI targets (budgets, staffing and cash management), accurate stock management through ordering, sales analysis and effective merchandising. - Effectively managed 50 members of staff (delegation, recruitment and training, considerate rota planning, excellent interpersonal skills) and excellent customer service.- Achieved a 25% increase in sales, a decrease in wastage and a 60% decrease in staff absences. - Within 8 months, the store had improved its ranking to the top of its group.- Worked to deadlines whilst still maintaining accuracy and an eye for detail.

- Accountable for health & safety audits, cash office audits, sales floor standards, stock and staff control. - Led a team of 15 and was responsible for rota planning and staff development. - Responsible for Visual Merchandising, following company planograms and creating displays from scratch. - Used sales information analysis to control stock flow and merchandising.

- Fully responsible for busy forecourt and convenience store.- Skills gained from the role included management of a team of 5, stock ordering and cash management.
