Under my leadership as General Director, we were able to turn the business around by increasing administrative controls and reducing waste as well as renegotiating terms with clients. • Arrendadora del Atlantico; a financial leasing company in Mexico which was about to declare bankruptcy due to tremendous administrative blunders. As their new General Director, my team and I negotiated with the Mexican Government to achieve favorable terms and concessions that helped bring the business back into the black.• Prestaciones Mexicanas; an employee benefits voucher company based out of Mexico City, was lead under my stewardship as CEO from bankruptcy and lowest market share into a market leader both in sales and profitability.• Servicios Eurest; I led this institutional catering business from low market share to a market leader throughout my tenure as CEO. I was able to negotiate the sale of this company to Sodexho Group at a more than a satisfactory profit to its former owners.
