Mr. Michael Vrankovic is the Managing Partner of Bond Cap LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the group’s strategy, team and operations.Michael has served in a variety of management roles in the real estate development sector including the delivery of residential & commercial buildings inclusive of planning and design. In addition has developed and implemented several projects through Dubai and Europe within the F&B and hospitality industry.Michael has been involved in managing many large projects in Australia, Dubai, Serbia, Montenegro, India and China including resi/commercial buildings, hotels, luxurious homes, restaurants and marinas. He has worked closely with different groups from government to the private sector. He has a long and successful record of helping clients with strategic and management challenges.Michael also has particular depth working with significant clients within the residential design industry including Perkins and Will, Zaha Hadid and Atkins to name a few over the years.
