Michael is an Honor Graduate from Little Cypress-Mauriceville High School in Orange, Texas. He is currently a student at Lamar University, where he is a Presidential Scholar and a member of the Reaud Honors College. He also competes with the Lamar University Speech and Debate Team, where he also serves as the Student Government Association Representative. Michael competes in Model United Nations with the Reaud Honors College, and recently awarded the Distinguished Delegate and Outstanding Research Paper award. As a member of the Honors Student Association, he has participated in various service projects. His most recent service was with the Reaud Foundation at Bicycles and Bibles, where he assisted the process of packing toys and essentials for children in need. Michael plans to graduate with honors from Lamar University with his B.B.A in Human Resource Management in 2026. In his free time, Michael also involves himself with Port Arthur Little Theatre. Michael is an Assistant Manager/Shift Leader at Sonic Drive-In, where he learns to multi-task, handle high pressure situations, and improve his leadership and customer service skills. Michael is interested to apply these skills through a summer business internship anywhere.
