Michael Holmes has over 15 years experience telecommunications. He has held positions in Sales Management, Account Management (Fortune 500/100 B2B Sales), and Sales Training. His career began as a Marketing Manager with CBS/AT&T Videotex, responsible for advertising (design and copy), research, business development, and account management. When CBS/AT&T Videotex went into hiatus (to introduce e-commerce and internet marketing) he joined MCI as a Senior Account Manager and became New York City’s #1 Salesperson for two consecutive years. He increased his understanding of networks and internetworking by joining OEM's, selling Nortel and NEC PBX’s, Call Accounting Systems and IVR’s. While in New York he joined Market Analysis and Information Database, and became its Southeast Regional Manager and moved to Atlanta, GA. He was responsible for creating and renaming the company to Profound Inc. d/b/a Dialog Corp.He later joined Worldcom and XO Communications selling voice, data, hosting, co-location and managed network services.
