- Managed multiple VMware vCenter 6.5 environments, including physical ESXi hardware, administering Windows servers from OS 2008 R2-2016, in a distributed AD forest.- Managed AzureAD cloud setup for one office location, including O365 integration with existing physical AD infratructures and IaaS AD infrsftructures.- Designed and deployed three new office networks, including WiFi, from signal strength measurements through to new hardware deployment (WAP, switches, routers), subnet allocation by business unit, with RADIUS authentication linked to AD.- Carbon Black administrator for 300 users- Firewall management, including OS updates and threat management (Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, Barracuda, SonicWall).- Remotely led on-site technical staff for installation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting (ex. - Managed the conception and deployment (both hardware and software) of “National Support Tools” for technical and management teams at Bell Mobility and Bell Canada.- Remotely led on-site technical staff for installation, maintenance, testing and troubleshooting.- Assessed business requirements, coordinated use of tools (or combination thereof) to measure traffic trends, forecast usage, detect and correct outages, troubleshoot services offered to customers through Bell.- Created automated maintenance routines to keep systems up to date and secure, saving considerable time and improved data security.- Implemented the LTE 4G network (current generation) at Bell Mobility; tested various scenarios with phones on the network across Canada, doing benchmark tests, availability testing, quality of service tests, troubleshooting etc., bringing it up to industry standards.

- Managed and configured network devices (routers, switches, load balancers, etc.) in Bell Mobility's Data Network Operations department in Montreal.- Managed critical outages on the backbone network from a technical standpoint, as well as call leader, assigning tasks and resources. For example, text messaging outage impacting GTA users; led troubleshooting call with support and vendors (technicians and management); determined packets were not tagging properly, defined and implemented resolution to resume full service within SLA.
