My main role as a member in the training department is to deliver oppo products to the promoters and make them able to not just sell these product but to promote the values ,the vision and the mission of the company . Coach, develop, and manage all trainers' performance.• Measure training effectiveness and outcome.• Conduct a training needs analysis.• Ensure that all performance and retention goals for each class are met for trainers and trainees.• Deliver consistent and high-quality training to new hire classes.• Manage all aspects of the training environment, including reporting requirements.• Manage all processes required for the training classes and trainers under my supervision, to includePayroll processing, reporting, auditing, terminations, etc.• Represent the training function in meetings and interactions with both operations and the client.• Provide timely feedback to the talent acquisition team regarding the skill set requirements.
