The Court System today consists of approximately 70 chapters across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Each chapter is chartered by the International Court Council, but are independently governed in accordance with national and local charitable organization requirements.The ICOB is governed by the members of the organization who elect the Emperor, Empress and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of the Imperial Court of Buffalo oversees all the activities and financial matters of the organization.
