Accountabilities: The fundamental function of this Executive role was to grow natural gas connections and sales per connections with all categories of customers. This includes developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a range of industry participants associated with natural gas and developing and executing initiatives to increase the market penetration and utilisation of natural gas infrastructure and natural gas as a viable economic energy solution. To create, manage and co-ordinate an effective cross functional Business Development Team consisting of 4 BDM’s and 3 analytical team members.

Accountabilities: This key role is responsible for driving sales across the Utilities industry sector. I was required to develop and implement state-wide sales strategies to achieve profitable product sales targets and account base management across the Utility sector. Have a strong commercial understanding plus excellent relationship building and customer service skills. To drive business results, identify opportunities, respond to change and build constructive internal and external relationships with key personal and industry contacts. With the company’s head office being located in Sydney I have enjoyed the challenge of working remotely. This was a challenging and exciting role.
