After starting High Performance Consulting in 1990, focused on the idea of Breakthrough Performance, the company merged with The Rosenberg Group, to form Insigniam with offices in Philadelphia, Laguna Beach, Paris, and Hong Kong. As of June 2013, Michael retired from Insigniam and is a Founding Partner Emeritus. He currently works with a very small number of private clients.
