Laid the groundwork for a streamlined delivery process, more than doubling the throughput of content at HighWire. Created a system of modular pieces of code that was flexible enough to handle the different workflows required for 900+ online journals. Designed user interfaces for both internal and external use to decrease time spent on QA and iterations of content. Worked as part of a small task force with big goals and small timeframes that pioneered major improvements to the way HighWire does business.

Assembled, configured, customized and maintained 40+ high-volume electronic publishing websites. Trained 10+ software developers in similar skills as an experienced member of the HighWire software team. PERL apps for maintenance and content loading, SQL database interfacing, Verity and FAST indexing interfacing.
