I am a business development representative in Heartland Dental’s affiliation team. Heartland Dental is the largest dental support organization in the country, offering non-clinical, administrative support to affiliated dentists nationwide, as well as ideal financial and career stability. As our organization continues to expand, my role is at the forefront of executing this growth. I work with dentists in my region of states to help them become part of the Heartland Dental family. I show them how we can take the management side of dentistry off their plate, help them transition into the next chapter of their lives and offer the ability to practice on their terms. In this role and all the other positions I’ve held, it has been my continuing goal to advance myself and propel my organization forward through advancing my knowledge and skills.
