- Contract forest engineering projects to large international companies with holdings in BC.- Supervised a large scale fuel reduction project for the Powell River Regional District.- Designated as the community’s Chief of Wildland Fire Suppression and Protection.- Assembled a 12-person volunteer crew of wildland fire fighters; trained members as per the National Fire Protection Association 1001 standard and BC Ministry of Forests Unit Crew standards.- Designated as the Local Assistant to the Fire Commissioner (LAFC), 2012.

Led the company to be the largest privately owned technical consulting and forest labour contractor in Coastal BC, guiding the company to “large employer” Safe Certification through the BC Forest Safety Council and WorkSafeBC. Intentionally reduced the company to an owner/operator consulting firm in 2008.- Consistently met budget and profitability targets- Created a management and operational structure within a span of control of seven or less- Road and Harvest Planning Consultant for HVP Plantations, Victoria State, Australia (2008 and 2009).

Project management for building and running one of the most original and unique properties on Savary Island. Resort opened on time with steady annual growth while welcoming guests from around the world.- Project management including land purchase, land clearing, onsite milling, building plans, construction, landscaping, and an alternate off-grid energy package.- General contractor overseeing all operations including hiring trades, sourcing materials, and ensuring all work was performed to code and met all specifications; project completed with no lost time incidents.- Project completed within one year, under allotted time frame, and within budget; overcame many logistical hurdles managing project remotely to a completely off-grid island.
