We are still the same team offering comprehensive financial advisory services, including investment banking and wealth management. Our company was founded in 1986 and has built a solid reputation in the industry.I am proud to have been a part of RBG since 1993 and became a partner in 2005. As the Managing Director of our Corporate Finance and Business Succession Planning group, I have been involved in numerous successful transactions ranging from $2 million to $200 million. My expertise includes dispositions, acquisitions, recapitalizations, ESOPs, management buy-outs, structured growth equity, and debt. Our extensive network of institutional investors includes strategic buyers (both public and private), Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, and Institutional Lenders, both bank and direct.I graduated from the University of Arizona in 1988 and hold FINRA registrations including Series 7, 63 & 65. I am an active member of the Blue Blazer Squadron and serve on its leadership team. This group is a support organization for Fighter Country Partnership, which is dedicated to supporting the men, women, families, and mission of Luke Air Force Base.
