Responsible for the Food & Drink offer in Asia, the Middle East & Europe across circa 200 stores and 15 countries. Accountable for the operating plan and strategic development of each market which operates under both owned and franchised models. Directly line manage a team of six employees including buyers and commercial planners.

Accountable for all four P&L's. Delivered the highest growth category across M&S Foods three years in a row. Most notably doubling market share in Spirits and winning both ISC Spirits Retailer of the Year and IBC Beer retailer of the year for the 3rd, 4th and 5th year running.SpiritsStep-changed our offer to create the largest ever range for M&S across owned estate and franchised Rail & Moto stores. Brought a focus to premium giftable solutions, introducing ~30 national branded SKU's, 50 regional spirits and retendered, redesigned and re-tiered all own label categories.Doubled market share in Spirits and more specifically built credibility and authority in Gin, winning Gin retailer and Spirits retailer of the year.Redesigned and expanded the M&S cocktail/mixer cans range, most notably introducing new premium tiers to reflect increased customer desire for premium spirits and the launch of the new no.1 line 'Pornstar Martini'. Beer & CiderLead the revolution in mainstream retail for Craft beer and Cider - setting the strategy to focus on two customer offers (Craft & Traditional) and more recently the transition and redesign of an entire range to a 330ml craft can offer, offering convenient solutions for our customers in an area of authority - Rail travel retail. Expanded the Regional Beer and Cider range by ~200 SKU's reflecting the substantial increase in UK Craft breweries over the last 3 years and customer demand for a local, relevent offer.Won IBC Beer retailer of the year for the 3rd, 4th & 5th year running. Soft DrinksTailored the range and customer journey to align to the spirits strategy, building authority in premium mixers and soft drinks.

Interim 10 month project to dual manage the Hampers category whilst also managing the Beers and Spirits category.Step-changed the M&S Hampers and contemporary gifting offer, streamlining our supply base for long term strategic growth and introduced ~70 new lines to deliver our most successful Christmas trading period.
