Building information on Spinnaker product compatability with equipment by developing working relationships with Digital equipment manufacturers and testing on their equipment. Keeping current with new technology in the digital printing area. Overseeing certification of materials on digital equipment (HP Indigo, Kodak NexPress, Xeikon, etc.).

Manufacturer of pressure sensitive products. Technical consulting works with customers to analyze product needs and make recomendations. Also work on new projects, product changes, regulatory questions and material analysis. I oversee the operation of the consulting group to insure timely response to customer question as well as make sure any issues are dealt with in the proper manner.

Oversee the entire manufacturing process including flexo presses, hot stamp, variable information department, rewind department, design and platemaking as well as maintenance and shiiping operations. Approximately 65 employees with 6 supervisory reported to me.
