Led launch activities and paint shop automation upgrades for phosphate / e-coat and full body powder coating operations including all supporting infrastructure, hardware, and software. Trained existing skilled trades staff in the operation and maintenance of the new automation equipment.

Launched the the industrial wastewater treatment plant ensuring that construction and initial compliance milestones were met. Managed day to day operation and maintenance of the treatment facility once launched. Developed bid documents and managed construction activities required to upgrade the facility to support the new Jefferson North Assembly Plant while keeping the process online to support demolition and site remediation of the original Jefferson Assembly Plant. Assisted in the site development and remediation of the Jefferson North Plant site to aid in resolution of environmental issues as the arose. Cross-trained various other skilled trades employees in an attempt to certified as wastewater treatment plant operators.
