Building a Body started out as a sports nutrition shop selling all the leading brands in sport nutrition, such as Optimum Nutrition, Maximuscle, Prolab, EAS, USA, BSN and many many more both in store and online at buildingabody.com. As the business grew so did the need to provide gym equipment and so I expanded the business to include a gym equipment showroom. Building a Body did many gym installations and also sold domestic equipment which we delivered and assembled for our customers. During this time I also organised, promoted and ran The SouthCoast Bodybuilding Classic & Mr Cork from 2006-2009 in Locations such as The Cork Opera House. I also did talks with Sport teams on diet and nutrition for Sport such as Mayfield H&F, Old Christians RFC. I also cold called gyms look8ng to sell RTD proteins and recovery drinks aswell as meal replacement and protein bars.

In my time with JD Security I worked many aspects of Security from Head Door Supervisor at one of Cork's busiest bars to Mobile Responder, Radio Controller, Mobile Patrol, Retail Security, Event Security including the first two years of Live at the Marquee and only left as my own business Building a Body was expanding which took alot more of my time.
