During this time I also organised, promoted and ran The SouthCoast Bodybuilding Classic & Mr Cork from 2006-2009 in Locations such as The Cork Opera House. I also did talks with Sport teams on diet and nutrition for Sport such as Mayfield H&F, Old Christians RFC. I also cold called gyms look8ng to sell RTD proteins and recovery drinks aswell as meal replacement and protein bars.
