• Review of registrar’s service to maximise income, expand service and improve processes, including organisational change.
• HS2 mitigations lead - Council liaison with HS2 Ltd on open space, communities and culture. Worked across council services to develop a suitable package of measures to mitigate HS2 disruptions including comprehensive.

• I oversaw the implementation of a new parking contract including agreeing KPI method statements, a revised deployment plan and process reengineering of working practices.However, I started in 2004 in a junior position.
