The NUTRITECH story:In December 2011, after one final meeting, myself as Executive Creative Director at MVB Design and Chris Walton as Executive Director sat with Jaco Serfontein Managing Director at NUTRITECH and decided we would dissolve MVB Design and join forces with NUTRITECH in the roles of Brand Director and Creative Director respectively. Together as three Directors we managed to grow the Brand from a small start up into an international multi-million Rand company, the second largest sports nutrition brand in Africa, with over 150 employees. As Creative Director, I am responsible for developing and executing all the corporate identity, logo design, packaging, advertising campaigns, websites, ecommerce, social media graphics, clothing range, signage, online retail platforms, point of sale, store retail, signage, 3D art, label design and press print files. Developed and managed all company online retail/brand technologies. Managed a dynamic creative team (based country wide) and general staff. Managed all product launches, new product projects and rollout (including manufacturing of goods), international creative and retail projects. Developed large scale retail solutions and presentations securing large business. Managed new product roll out from design through to assisting engineering staff inside the company owned manufacturing facility on new products, packaging and plastic moulding. Designed, conceptualised, executed and managed 10+ sports supplement/food brands including packaging, labels, advertisements, websites, social media some of these brands include; NUTRITECH, Endurade, Nuke, Nuway, Thermotech, VitaTech, Extreme Nutrition, Stealth Nutrition, Gold Sports Nutrition, Black Bull, ASN, Slender You, NutriStart.Please visit www.nutritechfit.com

Jaco Serfontein, Chris Walton and I conceptualised the Vitatech brand in mid 2019 and brought it to market in 2020. We saw a gap in the market for an affordable high quality vitamin, mineral and family healthcare range. With the help of our national sales team we successfully launched the brand to become a multi-million Rand industry leader in all major retailers in South Africa and abroad. Endurade, the brand, was created initially for the endurance sports market but with one goal in mind - to take on the leaders in the isotonic drink market. Created by Jaco Serfontein, Chris Walton and I we launched Endurade into a full blown range out of the Nutritech stable. A start-up advertising and marketing firm established by myself as Executive Creative Director and Chris Walton as Executive Director. MVB Design quickly gained a number of clients, working within current brands' corporate identities to develop new and exciting campaigns, such as Nestle and Marina Salt, through to developing and establishing brand identities from conceptual to rollout, such as NUTRITECH and Jaguar Simola Hillclimb. The role of Executive Creative Director consisted of establishing new corporate identities for various brands and companies, logo designs, advertisements in print and digital, posters, point of sale campaigns and designs, web site design development and rollout, outdoor and indoor signage, presentations, packaging designs and label designs.
