From 2016 to 2017, I worked as a translator and interpretor in a state-owned company, Northeast power of China. That's my first job, and thanks to it, I have got the real experience of translation.Since 2018, I had been introduced by one of my classmates to work at Bangood, an E-commerce giant in Guangzhou. Back there, what I did daily was answering telephone calls from overseas customers, providing them after-sales service as well as offering them solutions to any of their problems, either about the faulty products they received or the service our company provided.Ever since the year 2021, I had been working in the trade sales industry of Solar equipment, like Solar charge controller, Solar Inverter, Solar panels and Portable power station, etc. Customers speak highly of my service and are willing to place orders consistently to me as I have been responsible for their orders.
