Proven management capability by MaK M20G and M25 Engine design and localization projects.6. Experience of managing complexity projects and global across-team.7. Result drives and focus on problem solving on time.8. Fluent with Creo, Catia, Teamcenter, Office, English, etc.9. Excellence Grade PDP in 2011 & 2014, Exceed Expectation Grade PDP in 2016.
