Current• Led team of regional account managers and technicians in 12 markets including hiring, managing schedules and locations, and dispatching work locally and nationally.• Single point-of-contact for MAVEN team at General Motors including long-term planning, growth strategies, quality control, and feedback to multiple MAVEN managers.• Provided monthly billing information to MAVEN including labor, material, storage, and other additional backup documentation.• Worked with a 3rd party web developer on the design and implementation of a new technology platform for entire MOTUS ONE organization and piloted program with all MAVEN technicians on a daily basis.• Managed and distributed inventory and equipment to all markets across the county.
