At the commencement of my contractual employment, I was working on the Petroleum and Geothermal Resources (PGR) project as one of the two BAs attached. I worked closely with the Petroleum branch over the better part of 2 years, creating a set of requirements to facilitate the improved capture of online title applications. Near the end of my tenure, I had the opportunity to work within both the Environment and Safety divisions as well.

Some time through my tenure at Westnet, iiNet acquired the company and I moved into their corporate division, continuing in my role as a Business Analyst. It was in this role that my duties were expanded and I became exposed to a wide range of projects and duties that used every skill I had, giving me great opportunities to learn and broaden my experience.

I began as a member of tier 1 Technical Support and moved into a Team Leader role after my first year. I worked as a Team Leader managing a team of up to 30 Tier 1 Technical Support members for two years. In that time I often fulfilled other roles as required, such as Network Operations, Tier 2 support and Shift Leader where required. Once I graduated from University, I moved into a BA role for the rest of my tenure there up until I left in 2011.
