Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to faculty, staff, and students across campus. Provided assistance in person (both at the Service Desk and at client's location), via email, and on the phone. Trained and scheduled employees. Assisted technicians with installation of campus equipment as requested.

Assisted clients with a variety of technical issues, and worked to resolve them as best as I could. Created tickets both for the Service Desk as well as the other departments in IT. Followed up on all open tickets to insure the issue was resolved to the client's expectations.

Helping departments around the store as needed, from covering the department while the associate goes to lunch, to assisting customers with anything I can help them with.

Listened to clients about their technology needs and assisted with choosing the best technology for them. As Microsoft Expert, I was held to higher standards, including more strict metrics including revenue per hour, accessory attach rate, credit card applications, etc. I also had additional trainings that I needed to take to stay up to date with Microsoft products.

Assisted clients with the selection, purchase, and delivery of appliances. Assisted the delivery team with the set up and delivery of appliances to clients homes when asked.
