Initiated the staff setup, machine placement, and training of all members. • Build/test fuel tanks from drawings, build/install/test enclosures for generators - up to 3 Meg• Welders, electricians, assemblers, detailing, engineering, purchasing - hire and responsible for all training• Installed bussway, tested the units, interacted with all customers and end users on site• Responsible for end user site install/overseeing install• Set up all permitting with DHEC, along with compliance records and reporting. • Set up was successful in getting UL certification on all product. • Annual sales are at $6mm - $10mm per year with a staff of 15 personnel. • Initiated and successfully implemented ISO 2015 – current standard in the facility. • Filed all financial statements - 92% on time delivery since 2018.• Currently running an AS400 (APEX) system for ERP

I am currently the General Manager for CFI. I run the day to day operations and sales for the company.
