CMLP is a consultancy firm specializing in development projects with a resource consent angle. Mr Webb-Speight is the sole director of the General Partner. CMLP typically operates as owners representative on development projects, including commercial high rise, hotel and tourism, land and infrastructure development, with responsibility for planning, documenting and achieving stakeholder’s objectives. CMLP has worked with both local and central government agencies to create lasting partnerships with positive outcomes for both sides. Projects include the development of greenfield residential sites in Tauranga, Albany, Warkworth as well as the subdivision at Gulf Harbour for Top Harbour Limited. During 2019 CMLP has been contracted to KVHL in a project management / owners representative role, and in 2018 performed a similar role for VCL.

Mr Webb-Speight has extensive involvement in, and responsibility for all aspects of the Fairway Bay project, including:•management of consultants and contractors•management of consent processes•management of sales process•reporting to statutory authorities•design approval process•marketing plan and activitiesWorking in conjunction with the CEO, the role drives the activity required to deliver the Top Harbour Business Plan.

As the Manager-Special Projects Mr Webb-Speight was responsible for delivering the planning anddevelopment objectives for Gulf Corporation. Gulf Corporation’s finance facility expired in August 2008,and due to the financier’s own issues during the GFC, the facility was unable to be renewed.
